Fur the Love of Bundling Up...

Screw the Snuggie! Women in the 20's knew how to stay warm. Baby, it's cold...

And not only are they warm, but they look incredibly elegant and stylish as well. I have a lot to learn, I think ;)

The coats are great, but the hair! Oh, the hair. I wish I had great finger waves.

These photos are fabulous. I want everything I see. Definitely need to learn time travel. Thanks for the great inspiration.

In spite of needing to feel warm all the time, I dont think I could wear fur. These ladies do look fab, except that second one lol she looks so miserable

Is that little girl smoking? lol. Yea fur had to be used when it was cold, as synthetic fibers made for warmth weren't around yet.

I love how unimpressed the 2nd and 4th ladies are. Nonchalance is a great accessory.

The fur is warmer, too, because it traps warm air in all the little spaces between hairs. (This is true of fake fur too - it's like bio-mimicry!)
