I often prowl vintage clothing sites, dreaming of one day owning a real, honest-to-god flapper dress -- complete with intricate beading, a perfect drop-waist, and dreamy delicate layers. I would cheerfully take any one of these...
Is there a particular era that you are smitten by? What is your dream dress??

I love, love the '20s of course but I'm rather partial to the Edawrdian Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau beautiful just out of corsets (maybe not quite) dresses a decade or so earlier. Poirot was it? A pretty New Lok A line Dior dress would be nice too! Maybe anything Grace kelly in To Catch a thief or Rear Window?

Love the new layout, and I think I know why you're having problems with the header. It seems like when you've chosen a new layout, the standard for the standard size of the header has also changed, causing the old header to lose its proportions. To fix it I suppose you'll have to create a new header (which will fit the new "header-standard"), or do it with css (if you can do this with Blogspot - one of the reasons I like wordpress soooo much better!).
I'm actually working on a new layout myself, thank you for the inspiration!
