What is it about old, dusty shelves of books that conjure up images of ghosts and spirits? It's probably that memorable scene is Ghostbusters where the books at the New York Public Library float eerily across the aisles. I can't help but think of that scene when I go to my university's library -- I secretly wish I could see it happen myself. I have always been a bit jealous (and perhaps slightly suspicious) of people who claim to be visited by ghosts...I'm sure my hair would stand on end if it actually happened (but I would be secretly thrilled). Would you like to see a ghost?

Great images! It's one of those "Hmmmm, how'd they do that?" moments.
Great photos! Although I imagine it wouldn't be fun to be the one cleaning up a recently possessed library.
Have you ever seen those tv shows that have people with cameras wandering around abandoned or allegedly haunted buildings? While I'm sure it would be spooky, it's always funny to watch the explorers freak out.

Books and ghosts, what a combination! Though I'm such a wuss when it comes to supernatural things, I still like the photos ;) Vouge-world must be a wonderful place to live.

I like the ghosts on these pictures, but I would definitely not like to see a ghost!!
(except for one like Patrick S. in Ghost, meaning a beloved person who passed away)

If the ghosts are really as beautiful as these, I would be thrilled, but usually ghosts are horrible and scary, I would die with horror....lucky I never got visited by them lol
